Wednesday 1st October - 10am to 1pm

Wednesday 8th October - 9.30am to 12.30pm

Monday 13th October - 2pm to 5pm

Wednesday 15th October  10am to 1pm and also 2pm to 5pm

Friday 17th October - 9am to 12pm

Wednesday 22nd October - 10am to 1pm and also 2pm to 5pm

Please ask at reception for eligibility and to check in. These clinics are for eligible patients only, as the clinics are walk-in only please expect waiting times.
