What we do for our Veteran Patients
We know that leaving the armed forces can be a challenging and difficult time, as recognition of this and as a veteran friendly practice we can offer support to our patients by giving our GPs a better understanding of your background so that they can help by referring to veteran specific NHS services which may lead to expedition of referrals etc.
We also provide our veterans with letters throughout the year offering services in the local area for military communities including benefits such as travel passes , social clubs etc. We can offer advice for welfare needs relating to housing and employment.
